DES MOINES, Iowa (AP) _ An Iowa lawmaker says it's time to clamp down on credit card marketing to students at the state's three public universities. Senator Joe Bolkcom, an Iowa City Democrat, says he's concerned about deals between Bank of America and alumni associations at Iowa and Iowa State.
